Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By visiting layerzero.no or entering into a statement of work with Layer Zero ("Layer Zero"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you represent an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept on its behalf.

2. Services & Scope

Each engagement is defined by a mutually signed proposal or statement of work. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in that document. Changes require written approval from both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to the information, systems, and stakeholders needed for the work.
• Ensure any data shared with Layer Zero complies with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Pay invoices within the agreed payment window, typically 30 days from issue.

4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Both parties will treat shared materials as confidential unless agreed otherwise. Upon full payment, clients receive the rights described in the relevant statement of work; Layer Zero retains ownership of background methodologies, frameworks, and tools used to deliver the engagement.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

Layer Zero delivers its services with professional care, but we do not guarantee that outcomes will meet every objective or that systems will operate without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement causing the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled by the courts of Oslo, Norway.
